2. Data processed, purpose and legal basis of the processing
Data generated by access to the web page.
The computer systems and software procedures used for the functioning of this page automatically acquire some user data, however anonymised, whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

Data related to donations made from this website.
The personal data collected in the Credit Card donation form: Name, Surname, email address, telephone number, postal address, are necessary for the completion of the liberal donation made by the interested party to the Organisation. They will therefore be retained within the terms provided for by law for commercial contracts and in relation to the Organisation's accounting accountability needs. In the case of a continuous bank donation request through Sepa Direct Debit, the tax code provided by the interested party will also be stored, as it is required by law. Credit card data is not stored by the system but transmitted by secure connection to the bank circuit provided. In the case of repetitive donations, subsequent transactions will be carried out with an anonymous code provided by the banking circuit on the first transaction.
In the case indicated, the legal basis is the act of donation freely made by the Data Subject.For security reasons, in order to prevent and monitor fraudulent actions by ill-intentioned persons, the IP address from which the transaction originates is stored on an external ad hoc system. This is done for a period of time strictly limited to the successful conclusion of the donation transaction, without this being associated with the person concerned at this stage and therefore without any profiling purposes. In the case indicated, the legal basis is the possible request for information by the competent judicial authority.
3. Method of processing and data retention times of the data subject.
The data collected will be processed by means of computerised electronic instruments with logic strictly related to the purposes for which the personal data were collected and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure the security of the same. The processed data will be kept for a period of time strictly necessary for the purposes of Fondazione Francesca Rava - NPH Italia ETS for which they were collected and, in any case, no longer than 5 years and where required by law.
In any case, the Data Controller practices rules that prevent data from being stored indefinitely and therefore limits the storage time in compliance with the principle of minimising data processing.
All processed data is stored within the territory of the European Community and under no circumstances passed on to third parties or transferred outside it or disseminated.

The processing of the data collected is carried out by the Controller's internal staff identified, trained and authorised for this purpose in accordance with specific instructions given in compliance with current privacy regulations.

At any time it is possible to access the data, object to the processing or request the deletion, amendment or updating of all personal information collected by the Data Controller, exercising the right to restriction of processing and the right to data portability, by sending an e-mail to dpo@nphitalia.org.
